Early Life & Education
I was born and raised in Bangladesh. I completed my schooling and college education at Adamjee Cantonment Public School and College, a place that laid a strong foundation for my early discipline and learning. Later, I pursued my graduation at Bangalore University in India, which broadened my perspective and exposed me to diverse cultures and opportunities.
Career Journey
I began my professional career in 2006, working with several private companies in Bangladesh until 2014. During this period, I gained valuable experience in administration, HR, compliance, and procurement.
In 2015, I transitioned into the world of freelancing on Upwork as an SEO professional. Over the years, I built a strong global client base, delivering Local SEO, National SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and content marketing services. My journey eventually evolved into an agency model, and today I lead a talented team under the Freelancers HUB brand in Canada, serving businesses across Canada, the USA, and worldwide.
In November 2024, I immigrated to Canada as a Permanent Resident under the Business Start-Up program, bringing my vision to expand my professional journey and contribute to the Canadian business community.
Family & Personal Life
Family is the most important part of my life. My father, Maj. Aliuzzaman Joarder was a proud Bangladesh Army officer and freedom fighter who inspired me with his courage and values. My mother, Shefali Joarder, is a homemaker who has always been a source of strength and guidance.
I am blessed with a loving wife, Ruma, who has supported me throughout my journey. Together, we are raising three wonderful children: our daughters Esra Ali Joarder and Ekra Ali Joarder, and our son Alif Uzzaman Joarder. They are the heart of my life and my biggest motivation.
